We can take a provisional booking over the phone or via email. You then have 48 hours to confirm your booking.
To confirm your booking, you will need to sign and return a booking form and pay a deposit of 10% of the holiday cost. Payment can be made by cheque to Ski Extra, by bank transfer, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard (Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% handling fee).
Your booking form and deposit must reach us within 5 days. For all bookings made within 10 weeks of departure the full payment must be made immediately, at the time of booking.
Once we have received a signed booking form and deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation invoice for the balance of the cost of the holiday, payable 10 weeks before your departure date.
Weekends
The chalet operates on a Sunday to Sunday basis, so we can offer long weekends from Thursday or Friday until Sunday. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us while you ski on Sunday, and to come back to the chalet to change before you leave.
