Start the day with a cooked English or continental breakfast, with fresh bread, preserves, cereals, yogurts, fruit, juice and fresh coffee or tea.
After a hard day on the slopes, come home to afternoon tea with a freshly baked cake.
Before dinner, we serve drinks and canapés by the fire. To give you the opportunity to get to know the food and wine of the region, we serve a different aperitif wine for you to try each evening, accompanied by canapés including local cheese or charcuterie.
Dinner consists of four-courses with unlimited complementary wine, followed by fresh coffee and chocolates. We also have a list of vintage wines, champagne and port which can be purchased from our cellar.
Wednesday is the staff day off. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out and we are happy to make a booking for you at one of the many restaurants in town.
We are passionate about our food, using the best quality fresh ingredients, lovingly prepared & beautifully presented, including as much seasonally available local produce as possible.
Our award winning chef has created wonderful, creative menus guaranteed to make your mouth water and satisfy your hunger after a day on the slopes. Internationally recognised and truly experienced he has even cooked for athletes at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Our tempting menus are designed to be satisfying without being excessively rich, perfect after a day of skiing or snowboarding. We are happy to tailor our menu to suit the tastes of your party and can cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements.
